About the Project: “Dream 11”,  a popular online game, it is the genesis for this internal engagement project. The Client wanted to leverage the Cricket World Cup frenzy and to ride it with a relevant and engaging brand property.

Our Role: Ikokas executed the Cricket Fantasy – a perfect stage to integrate 3 important things for Siemens – Cricket World Cup, Sales targets & a game with prizes & rewards for employees to increase their individual sales contributions. It had all the perfect elements of a thrilling Internal Employee Rewards & Recognition model.
