About the Project: SBI wanted to transform their customer experience completely. We commissioned a brief research to understand the complete customer journey & experience, to highlight the problem areas to SBI. IKOKAS’ recommended solution to SBI was creation of a chatbot for customers.
Our Role: The Chatbot, provided a seamless experience by removing the need to wait for a response from a alternative channels like voicemail or email messages. Our team has done the UX/UI for the SBI chatbot keeping the website responsiveness as one of the main aspects.
